• Managing the client relationship and monitoring your file

Your data is never used for third-party commercial prospecting, nor sold or transferred to commercial partners.

Your personal data is intended exclusively for Maison Arboris. Strictly within the scope of the advisory mandate and with your agreement, data may be shared with:

• Notaires and notarial offices involved in your acquisition
• Architects, surveyors, or diagnosticians appointed for your file
• Credit institutions, in the context of financing research

These third parties are themselves subject to GDPR and confidentiality obligations. No data is transferred for advertising or marketing purposes. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (for example via Replit, our hosting provider based in the United States), Maison Arboris ensures that such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards in accordance with Chapter V of the GDPR.

Your data is retained for the following periods:

• Contact enquiries without commercial follow-up: 1 year from the last exchange
• Client data in the context of a mandate: 5 years from the end of the contractual relationship (civil limitation period)
• Documents required under AML/CFT obligations: 5 years from the end of the business relationship
• Browsing data: maximum 13 months

Upon expiry of these periods, your data is deleted or anonymised.

In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right of access: obtain a copy of the data held about you
• Right of rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Right to erasure: request the deletion of your data ('right to be forgotten')
• Right to restriction of processing: suspend the use of your data
• Right to object: object to processing based on legitimate interest
